A woman named Ivanna Lisette Ortiz has been taken into custody after allegedly firing shots toward the Los Angeles residence of pop star Robyn Rihanna Fenty while the singer was reportedly inside the property.
Police in Los Angeles said the incident occurred in broad daylight on Sunday when a suspect driving a white Tesla stopped across the street from the mansion and opened fire.

Aerial footage after the shooting showed bullet marks on a gate at the large property, which Rihanna shares with rapper A$AP Rocky and their three children.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the suspect was arrested at a nearby shopping centre roughly 30 minutes after the shooting.
Police Captain Mike Bland said the firearm involved was an AR-15-style rifle.
Authorities said Ortiz was booked on suspicion of attempted murder, with bail set at $10.225 million.
Rihanna, one of the world’s most prominent pop artists, has not issued any public statement regarding the incident.
