Nigeria’s First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu, attended the “Fostering the Future Together Summit” at the White House on Wednesday, hosted by US First Lady Melania Trump.
Tinubu was among 45 first ladies, including France’s Brigitte Macron, participating in the summit, which focused on expanding access to educational tools and promoting children’s safety in digital environments.
During the event, Melania Trump introduced an American-made humanoid system, Figure 3, marking its first formal presentation to international leaders in a diplomatic setting.
She described the technology as part of the evolving role of artificial intelligence in education and society.

“The future of AI is personified – it will be formed in the shape of humans. Very soon artificial intelligence will move from our mobile phones to humanoids that deliver utility,” the US first lady said.
“This technology may reset the modern world order and rebalance power. Your children must be prepared to ascend within this framework.
“Our coalition can make this vision real by supporting concrete initiatives that equip young people with the skills they need – invest, expand access, and foster new opportunity.”
Officials from nine countries, including the US, France, Poland, the United Arab Emirates, and Morocco, shared national strategies for integrating technology into education systems.
Melania Trump encouraged participating nations to collaborate on initiatives that equip young people with digital skills.
