Award-winning Nigerian singer/songwriter, Ayodeji Balogun, aka Wizkid has changed his signature name on social media.
The 30-year-old Grammy Award-winner took to the bio section of his official Instagram account to adjust his signature name from ‘Wizkid’ to ‘Big Wiz’.
This change comes after his fans had asked that the name “Wizkid” be replaced with something more befitting as STARBOY is no longer a ‘kid’ in the music scene. Looks like his fans’ demands have been met as ‘Big Wiz’ largely reflects the growth and transformation that Wizkid has experienced in his music journey.
