Around 200 United States military personnel have been wounded in seven Middle Eastern countries since the start of the US-Israel conflict with Iran, a US military spokesperson said on Monday.
Captain Tim Hawkins, spokesman for US Central Command, said most injuries were minor, with over 180 troops already back on duty.

“The vast majority of these injuries have been minor, and more than 180 troops have already returned to duty,” while “10 are categorised as seriously wounded.”
The injuries occurred across Bahrain, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
The Pentagon had previously reported about 140 wounded as of March 10, while 13 US troops have died, seven in attacks and six in a plane crash in Iraq.
US and Israeli forces launched a major air strike against Iran on February 28, prompting Tehran to respond with missile and drone strikes targeting countries hosting US troops and bases in the region.
