Nigerian hip hop artist and actor Ice Prince has made his first statement since released from the from the Ikoyi Prison, Lagos.
The BET award winner tweeted “Freedom is priceless.” His tweet comes hours after he was released on Thursday, September 15.
The 35-year-old was arrested on September 2, 2022 after he allegedly abducted a police officer in his car, “assaulted him and threatened to throw him in the river.”
According to his lawyer, Folarin Dalmeida, “His bail conditions have been met, and he was released.”
