NNPC Vows to Sustain Oil and Gas Development in Nigeria

They put forward this request on June 11, 2024, as part of their efforts to reach a final agreement regarding the sale of Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (MPNU) to Seplat Energy Offshore Limited.

NNPC, represented by their legal team Afe Babalola & Co., has asked the court to allow them to drop the case and erase it from the records, but with the option to bring it back if the settlement talks fail.
