Data from vessel-tracking sites indicate that the German-flagged MV Kathrin recently docked in Alexandria, allegedly carrying military-grade explosives. Rights groups have linked this shipment to Israel’s Elbit Systems, but Egypt’s military maintains that these claims are unfounded.
