Tariffs on Agriculture Imports to Come on April 2 – Trump

US President Donald Trump hinted Monday that taxes on imported agricultural products would be applied on April 2, the latest in a string of broad trade threats.

Trump posted on social media, saying, “To the Great Farmers of the United States: Get ready to start making a lot of agricultural product to be sold INSIDE of the United States,” without giving any other information. “Tariffs will go on external product on April 2nd.”
