The president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, stated on Tuesday that he had instructed Ukrainian officials to get in touch with their American counterparts to obtain official information on the aid freeze.
Zelensky told Ukrainians in his evening speech, “I have instructed the defence minister, our intelligence chiefs, and diplomats to contact their counterparts in the United States and get official information.”
