President Bola Tinubu has forwarded a list of nominees to the Senate as part of a bill seeking a major expansion and reform of Nigeria’s Court of Appeal.
Senate President Godswill Akpabio read a letter from the president asking for an amendment to the Court of Appeal Act to increase the number of justices from 70 to 110 during the resumption of plenary last Tuesday.
