Chelsea winger Cole Palmer has signed a contract extension to stay at the club until 2034.
The 24-year-old England forward, who was already under contract at Stamford Bridge until 2033, agreed to the improved terms after strong backing from the club’s leadership and squad.
The extension follows key long-term deals for teammates João Pedro and Pedro Neto as Chelsea continue securing core talent into the 2030s.

Since joining the Blues from Manchester City in 2023, Palmer has generated 91 combined goals and assists in 138 appearances across all competitions.
His influence also extended off the pitch during the close season, where his close relationship with Morgan Rogers helped convince the England midfielder to switch from Aston Villa to Stamford Bridge.
Palmer has started the current campaign in strong form, registering four goals in seven appearances.

“Speaking to the owners, to the sporting directors and obviously the manager, they gave me a lot of confidence, so it was only right to sign,” he said.

The contract extension comes amid recent debate surrounding Palmer’s international availability.
After persistent groin issues limited his form last season, England manager Thomas Tuchel left Palmer out of the World Cup squad and later criticised the forward for missing recent Nations League fixtures.
Chelsea manager Xabi Alonso defended his star on Friday, emphasising Palmer’s commitment to the national team and backing him to shine for both club and country once fully fit.
