BREAKING: Appeal Court Upholds Okpebholo’s Victory, Dismisses Ighodalo’s Petition

The Court of Appeal has dismissed the petition filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Asue Ighodalo, challenging the electoral victory of Senator Monday Okpebholo of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Edo Sate Gubernatorial Election.

Delivering judgment, the court ruled that the petition was without merit, stating that Ighodalo failed to substantiate his claims of electoral irregularities and alleged non-compliance with the Electoral Act.
