It was a star-studded affair at the annual American award show by Black Entertainment Television. Celebrating African-Americans in music, acting, sports, and other mediums of entertainment, the 2021 BET Awards took place at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday, 27th June, with a theme that focused on the “Year of the Black Woman”.
