Davido’s sophomore album, “A Good Time” has been certified platinum by the Recording Industry of South Africa in just three months of its release.
The singer also received plaques for singles off the star-studded album. The Chris Brown-assisted single, ‘Blow My Mind’ was certified platinum while ‘Risky’ featuring Popcaan went double platinum.
The album was released in November 2019 through RCA Records, Sony Music and his own imprint, Davido Music Worldwide.
Davido revealed this on his Instagram as he shared a video of him receiving his plaques.
A follow-up to his 2012 debut album “Omo Baba Olowo,” “A Good Time” contained 17 tracks and featured Naira Marley, Gunna, Summer Walker, Chris Brown, Popcaan, Peruzzi and others.
