Deadly Floods in Guinea Kill 15

The director of Guinea’s National Agency for Emergency and Humanitarian Disaster Management (ANGUCH) informed AFP that the severe flooding was exacerbated by both heavy rainfall and issues such as uncontrolled construction and clogged gutters.
