Dencia Blasts Nigerian Celebrities For Encouraging Protesters, Without Leading The Protest

Reprudencia Sonkey, known professionally as Dencia, is raging as the #ENDSARS protest goes south at Lekki toll gate. Dencia however has put all the blame on Nigerian celebrities claiming they all saw it coming and protected themselves, their friends and families.

In her words,” Now all the rich folks and celebrities are tweeting from the comfort of their homes while the people die. All the internet curses, why don’t you have your parents call their friends who have friends who also have friends in places ?”

The Cameroonian-born singer, entrepreneur and fashion designer said those who encouraged the Nigerian youth to go and protest are not good people and they deliberately set the protesters up for failure and that Nigerian celebrities were pre informed about the move by the military men stating scenarios where military men had been deployed and it did not end well.

“No good to anyone who’s encouraging people to go protest and die, y’all really ain’t good. People are already gone thru it.Y’all start things, set them up for failure, y’all were chilling in ur homes on the day things went left cuz u were all informed it was going down. It’s crazy, once the military is deployed, there’s no negotiations, they do that in America, in France etc.”

The artiste adviced young Nigerians to stop being a follower to celebrities who will chicken out when things do not go as planned and turn out right.

“STOP FOLLOWING THESE RICH FOLKS AND CRACK HEAD CELEBRITIES WHO WILL RUN & hide when things goes bad STOP.”

Dencia also called her friends out, implying they are being double standard, and they hide at the back of their keypads encouraging people all from the comfort of their homes.

“The audacity of my friends talking rubbish on the internet, acting like they care from the comfort of their homes. Y’all are piece of trash.”

The singer completed her rage online by dropping bigger nugget saying; “If you can’t be at the forefront fighting, DON”T ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO, NO ONE SHOULD DIE FOR ANYONE OR ANYTHING BUT THEMSELVES….. WHO IS THE LEADER”

Recently, Dencia came for Tiwa Savage who called on Beyonce and her team to help use their platform to amplify the #ENDSARS movement

“You can’t be quiet on this. The country where you got all the creatives for the Black Is King from is on fire. That country is on fire now“, Tiwa Savage had said in the video”

Dencia had replied Tiwa saying; “Lol because the Nigerian government cares about what Beyonce is saying, the police is listening to Beyonce. She spoke & sang against the 1 in America, what changed”

The cameroonian implied that calling on Beyonce would do Nigeria no good, in her reply to Tiwa, she said that Africans always seek validation from people who cannot come to their aid and rescue.
“ Africans we always seeking unnecessary validation from things & people that can’t help. #EndPoliceBrutality”
