The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has announced it will conduct an e-auction of some forfeited vehicles to the public.
A statement from the commission confirmed the online event will take place on Monday, January 27, 2025, from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
The auction will be held across 16 lots in various states, including Abuja, Edo, Kwara, Sokoto, Kaduna, Lagos, and Kano.
The e-auction will comply with the EFCC (Establishment) Act, 2004, the Public Procurement Act, 2007, and the Proceeds of Crime (Recovery & Management) Act, 2022. Interested individuals can access official web addresses for each lot.
The EFCC further stated, “The General Public is hereby notified that the @officialEFCC, through its appointed Auctioneers, will conduct an e-auction of vehicles subject to final forfeiture orders.”
