Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has appointed Benibo Anabraba as the new Secretary to the Rivers State Government (SSG), replacing Tammy Danagogo.
The former Minority Leader of the Rivers State House of Assembly, who represented Akuku-Toru Constituency II, once served in the position during former Governor Nyesom Wike’s tenure in the state. He also served during the first two years of Fubara’s regime before the declaration of emergency rule.
In a statement issued by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Information and Communications, Honour Sirawoo, the ceremony is scheduled to take place on Monday at 4:00 p.m. in the State Executive Council Chambers, Government House, Port Harcourt.
