After four years with Inter, Simone Inzaghi has reportedly accepted the managerial position at Saudi club Al Hilal, marking his departure from the Italian club following two Champions League finals and numerous titles.
Reports indicate that Inzaghi has agreed to join Al Hilal after several days of contemplation and discussions with Inter’s management.
This move comes after four demanding seasons with the Nerazzurri, and the Italian is eager for a new setting, fresh challenges, and a lucrative contract.
The recently concluded season failed to secure any trophies for the Nerazzurri, ending in the worst way possible. Inter made it to the Champions League final for the second time in three years but suffered a heavy defeat to Paris Saint-Germain.

This loss was compounded by a disappointing end to the Serie A season, in which Napoli, managed by Antonio Conte, won the Scudetto.
Joining Milan in the summer of 2021, Inzaghi won one Scudetto, two Coppa Italia titles, and three Italian Super Cups. He developed a robust, identifiable Inter team that played modern and competitive football.
Before his time at Inter, he made a significant impact at Lazio, winning one Coppa Italia and two Super Cups, and leaves his home country as one of its leading coaches.
