The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has introduced a new system that allows candidates to verify and upload their O’Level results directly from home.
JAMB spokesperson Fabian Benjamin announced the development on Monday, saying the process would initially begin with the West African Examinations Council (WAEC).
Under the new arrangement, candidates can have their results verified directly against the records of the examination bodies before the results are uploaded to their JAMB profiles.
According to Benjamin, the initiative is designed to reduce the need for candidates to visit Computer-Based Test (CBT) centres, while also addressing problems associated with manual result uploads, including misplaced results, fraudulent certificates and errors in entering subjects and grades.

How To Verify And Upload O’Level Results
First level — Result verification
- Visit the designated result-verification platform.
- Enter your National Identification Number (NIN) and click “Verify NIN.”
- Select the number of sittings and examination body or bodies.
- Enter your email address and GSM number and make payment.
- Provide your examination number, series and year.
- Verify the result and obtain your Verification Code.
Second level — Upload
- Send “VERIFY” followed by your Verification Code to 55019 or 66019.
- The verified result will be uploaded and a notification sent to the candidate.
- Candidates with two sittings should log into their JAMB e-Facility profile when notified.
- Select “2026 UTME O’Level Upload.”
- Enter the Verification Code to display the verified results.
- Select between five and nine subjects, ensuring no subject is selected more than once.
- Click “Apply the O’Level Results.”
- A confirmation notification will be issued after a successful upload.
JAMB said the new system is part of its effort to make services faster, safer and more convenient for candidates while improving the integrity of O’Level result submissions.
