“Keep your respect for those you bully” Nse Ikpe-Etim claps back at a follower

Multiple award winning Nollywood actress puts a zealotic follower in his place. Nse Ikpe-Etim shared a stunning black and white picture, and used the black heart emoji as its caption. A concerned follower expressed his disappointment on the post claiming she exposed her cleavage to the public, ”I respect you a lot. Don’t allow the public to see your deep cleavage again” the concerned follower said.

Nse Ikpe Etim was very quick to lash back and said ”Is this how you talk to your children and wife?, oga… don’t you ever try this again. Keep your respect for those you think deserve it and those you bully!. This space is ZEN. Good morning”, and when one other fan told her, the overzealous fan doesn’t deserve a good morning, Nse Ikpe-Etim says, ”haba… be kind to all ni.. he does deserve all the love and kindness… it’s all I have to give”

She goes ahead to say, ”it is so tiring in the year 2020, we ”pinch and zoom” inoffensive photos to find offence, when minding one’s business is free”.

Usually the ”Mr and Mrs” lead actress who not have said anything, but she said that day was not the day for her to ignore such troll, and she was not going to stay quiet anymore, ”…how long does it take to unlearn what’s not right? Imagine that was a young actress… a newbie…”

The response her fan made about her picture and her cleavage, and her own response got a lot of reactions for females in the industry, actresses like Kate Henshaw, Michelle Dede were not finding it funny, and even fans alike. A lot of them came to Nse Ikpe-Etim’s defense and condemned the act of slut and body shaming, and fans not minding his business. Michelle Dede, an actress and advocate says, ”Some Nigerian men and women who hide behind keyboards and body shame need to learn to scroll past, keep quiet or unfollow, if someone’s body parts offends them so much. Is it their breast! is it their leg!”

Last year, the talented actress revealed that she removed her womb to save her life after she had been diagnosed with Adenomysis- a gynecological medical condition on which the inner lining of the uterus breaks through the muscle wall of the uterus.

After the actress revealed she could no longer have kids, it is just normal that fans, family and friends are supportive, as it’s very likely that she is very touchy and highly sensitive, she even made mention of how the ordeal made her fall into depression.
