Kwara Attack Sees 11 Residents Abducted

Bandits have abducted 11 residents of Isapa community in the Ekiti Local Government Area of Kwara State, marking yet another violent incident that has heightened fear among villagers and intensified pressure on security agencies.

The latest attack, carried out on Monday, comes less than two weeks after gunmen raided the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) in the same locality, kidnapping 38 worshippers and leaving several others dead.

According to eyewitnesses, more than 20 heavily armed men stormed the area alongside a large herd of cattle, shooting indiscriminately as people scrambled for safety. An elderly woman was said to have been hit by a stray bullet during the chaos.
