Master KG challenges Janet Jackson

Popular singer and actress, Janet Jackson can’t seem to get enough Master KG and Nomcebo’s hit song Jerusalema.
The singer who had few days ago given a shout out to master KG on her twitter page couldn’t help but give another to the South African musician, Master KG.

Janet Jackson again took to her twitter page posting another set of men and women doing the Jerusalema dance with plates of food in their hands and using the post to wish people happy Sunday with differnt emojis showing her excitement and live for the song. The caption also contained the hash tag Jerusalema tagging Master KG yet again.

Master KG in response to the tweet challenged Janet Jackson to try out the dance saying it’ll be nice to see her try.


Janet Jackson is an American singer, songwriter, actress, and dancer. A prominent figure in popular culture, she is known for sonically innovative, socially conscious and sexually provocative records, and elaborate stage shows. She is the youngest of the Jackson family and sister to iconic Michael Jackson.


Having sold over 100 million records, Jackson is one of the world’s best-selling music artists of all time. She has amassed an extensive catalog, with singles such as “Nasty”, “Rhythm Nation”, “That’s the Way Love Goes”, “Together Again” and “All for You”; she holds the record for the most consecutive top-ten entries on the US Billboard Hot 100 singles chart by a female artist with 18. In December 2016, the magazine named her the second most successful dance club artist of all-time after Madonna. She has been cited as an inspiration among numerous performers. Jackson was inducted to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2019.


Jackson was ranked the seventh richest woman in the entertainment industry by Forbes, having amassed a fortune of over $150 million. In 2007, she starred opposite Tyler Perry as a psychotherapist in the film Why Did I Get Married?. It became her third consecutive film to open at number one at the box office, grossing $60 million in total. Jackson’s performance was praised for its “soft authority”, though also described as “charming, yet bland”


On August 16, 2018, it was announced that Jackson and Rhythm Nation had entered into a partnership with Cinq Music. The next day, Jackson released the single “Made for Now”, a collaboration with Daddy Yankee.
On June 25, 2019, The New York Times Magazine listed Janet Jackson among hundreds of artists whose material was reportedly destroyed in the 2008 Universal Studios fire.


On February 10, 2020, Jackson announced the Black Diamond World Tour, as well as her upcoming twelfth studio album Black Diamond due sometime in 2020. In June of the same year, the tour was cancelled, due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States.

Although the singer hasn’t given a reply to Master KG’s challenge, everyone hopes she does with a positive feedback which will be accepting the challenge.
