About
Mazi Afam Osigwe was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1999 and became a Notary Public in 2006. He holds two Master of Laws degrees and a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), where he became a Fellow in 2011. He has held several key positions within the Nigerian Bar Association and other legal bodies, and has been a Life Member of the Body of Benchers since 2015. In December 2020, he was conferred with the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN). He is the Senior Partner at Law Forte and specialises in advisory and litigation practice, particularly in banking, commercial transactions, cross-border practice, intellectual property, and financial crimes. Osigwe is also an active writer, speaker and public affairs analyst, contributing regularly to legal discourse and professional conferences.
