The Nigerian Police have arrested a vandal on Carter Bridge in Lagos. The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin stated this on his Twitter handle on Thursday.
Hundeyin stated that officers at the Ebute-Ero division caught a 30-year-old man, Mastru Mutairu vandalising bridge railings and was subsequently arrested.
The incident was reported by a motorist who informed the Police about the incident at about 3:15 am local time.
He added that investigations are ongoing on the matter.
