Nigeria Wants to Send its First Citizens to Space

The Nigerian government has made a landmark plan to launch its first citizen into space.

Mathew Adepoju, Director General of the National Space Research and Development Agency (NASRDA), announced this historic decision during a news conference in Abuja on Wednesday.

“This collaboration, which is coming to the country, marks a significant milestone in Nigeria’s 25th anniversary of the Space Exploration journey and opens new opportunities for scientific research and technological advancement,” Adepoju said.
