Nigerian Governor Replaces BBN Housemate with First Class Law Grad as Face of Bayelsa Girl Child

The Governor of Bayelsa State, Douye Diri, has removed BBN’s housemate, Nengi Hampson, as the Face of Bayelsa Girl Child and replaced her with Ebizi Blessing Eradiri, who graduated with a First Class Honours at both Niger Delta University, Amassoma and the Nigerian Law School.

Gov. Diri, made the announcement when he received her in his office in Yenagoa, on Monday, January 11.

Eradiri has been awarded academic scholarships for her Masters and Ph.D in any University in the world as well as immediate employment as lecturer in the Faculty of Law, Niger Delta University.


This is coming barely a month after many Nigerians, including activist CharleyBoy, faulted the appointment of Nengi.
Rebecca Nengi Hampson a former housemate of the reality TV show, Big Brother Naija was appointed as a senior special assistant to the Bayelsa state governor, Douye Diri.

The news of the appointment was published by reality TV star, Neo Akpofure via his Twitter handle on Friday, November 6, 2020.

“Omo my girl oo.. Senior Special Assistant to the Governor and Face of Bayelsa State. Congrats my sister Green heart @nengiofficial,” he tweeted.
