Nigeria’s President Tinubu Hosts WTO’s Okonjo-Iweala in Talks

Nigeria’s President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is holding discussions with Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, the Director-General of the World Trade Organisation (WTO), within the premises of the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

The deliberations between the two prominent figures commenced when Dr. Okonjo-Iweala arrived at the Villa shortly after 3 pm August 8, 2023. Notably, she was accompanied by Dr. Ali Pate, a minister-designate within the president’s administration.
