The National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa (NUMSA) is making submissions to the South African Human Rights Commission on the collapse of SA Express (SAX).
The commission will be focusing on the non-payment of salaries for employees and NUMSA will be making submissions on this issue. The hearings will be held for one day only.
