Leo Radvinsky, the billionaire owner of adult content platform OnlyFans, has died at the age of 43 following a battle with cancer.
His death was confirmed in a statement by a company spokesperson, who said he passed away peacefully after a prolonged illness and noted that his family had requested privacy.
“Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer. His family have requested privacy at this difficult time.”
The Ukrainian-born entrepreneur, who lived in Pompano Beach, Florida, built a multibillion-dollar fortune by controlling Fenix International Limited, the firm that owns a majority stake in OnlyFans.

Radvinsky acquired the platform in 2018 from the Stokely family, after which it experienced rapid growth and became one of the most profitable subscription-based content platforms globally.
At its peak, users spent billions annually on the site, including a record $7.2 billion in 2024. Reports indicate that Radvinsky earned substantial dividends from the business, receiving about $1.8 billion between 2021 and 2025.
Known as both an investor and philanthropist, he was also involved in various tech ventures beyond the platform. He had reportedly explored selling OnlyFans last year but was unable to secure a buyer, with reports suggesting the platform’s adult-content model posed challenges for potential deals.
