Polish PM Says Appeasement Led to ‘More Bombs’ from Russia in Ukraine

On Saturday, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk criticised Russia’s deadly overnight strikes on Ukraine, saying they were the outcome of “what happens when someone appeases barbarians.”

“More explosives, more violence, more casualties. After Russian attacks killed at least 14 people in Ukraine’s east and northeast, Tusk said on X, formerly Twitter, “Another tragic night in Ukraine.”
