Kenya’s High Court Judge Principal Judge Eric Ogolla has transferred Lady Justice Mugure Thande to Malindi High Court. The Judge suspended President William Ruto’s Finance Act 2023.
Justice Thande is among thirteen judges who have been moved in the latest reshuffle in the judiciary.
The judge was moved to Malindi Court in changes effected by Chief Justice Martha Koome.
