Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State has approved the appointment of Professor Ibrahim Danjuma as the new Director-General of the Adamawa State Debt Management Agency, with the appointment taking immediate effect.
Professor Danjuma brings a wealth of experience to the role, having established himself as a respected academic and seasoned administrator. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Business Diplomacy and Financial Management, a testament to his professional standing in the fields of finance and governance.
His academic career includes serving as the Dean of the School of Management and Information Technology at Modibbo Adama University in Yola, as well as Chair and Head of the Department of Business Administration and Management at the American University of Nigeria, also located in Yola.
In an official statement, Governor Fintiri congratulated Professor Danjuma on his new role and expressed confidence that his extensive background and expertise will significantly enhance the state’s financial oversight and debt management capabilities.
