Angolan Music Bands Versateis and Vozes Do Nambua Perform in a Solidarity Show

The public reappearance of the talented Angola band; the Versateis band happened on the 23rd August, 2020 at the live no Kubico after what seemed like a long time without performing on stage.

The ”Live no Kubuco” receives the Vozes do Nambua e versteis to support people who are vulnerable. The Live no Kubuco was broadcasted on August 23rd, at 2pm on TPA and on Youtube on Platinaline’s channel.

The Versateis and as Vozes do Nambua sang songs that showed their obvious development and growth in the music industry. Songs like ”Bonga a sidy”, ”Ngana Santos”, ”Monica”, ”casamento”, ”Zuze”, ”imdumba”, ”Thangidi um mesu maku” and a host of other amazing songs. It was indeed a day to remember.

The sound in the air was intense even as everyone moved and danced happily to the rhythm and beats of the song. The band made a medley of songs, songs by Dom Caetano, Rui Mingas, Gingas do Maculusso, and Dina Santos.

The lovers, supporters and fans of the Angola musical band, showed up and showed out, as they had the opportunity to hear and see the Versatis and Vozes Do Nambua band perform live.

The band performed themes like, ”Amiga”, ”Xica”, ”Filomena”, ”Kussocana”, ”Amor Kalunga”, ”Caxito e Longe”.

The band who had not publicly shown themselves since 2016, decided to on the 23rd of August, to support vulnerable and since it was for a good deed, they couldn’t resist the urge to entertain their fans and at the same time support the people in their own way. Thrilled by the vibes giving from the collection of Rui Mingas, Dina Santos, Dom Caetano and Gingas do Macullusso’s collections, and a mix of their own song, ”Bonga a sidy”, ”Ngana Santos”, ”Monica”, ”casamento”, ”Zuze”, ”imdumba”, ”Thangidi um mesu maku, they made everyone who was present happy that they came, and it was obvious that the musical band; The Versateis and as Vozes do Nambua still had it in them, and the saying; ”a talent is a talent” is true in their case. 

The live no Kubica at Angola Public Television, is done primarily to amass support for the most vulnerable, and over time The live noo Kubica has relied on participations from so many Angolan artists to support this cause.
