Security operatives have arrested a suspected bandit known online as Sule Yellow, who gained notoriety on TikTok for allegedly flaunting kidnapping activities and ransom payments during livestreams.
Sule Yellow attracted widespread attention after appearing in a TikTok livestream that went viral on 4 March.
In the video, he was seen alongside another suspected bandit identified as Auta and other alleged members of their gang, where they reportedly discussed their activities and boasted about carrying out kidnappings.
In another video circulating on X, Sule Yellow is seen in handcuffs and surrounded by soldiers while being questioned about weapons said to belong to the group.

The footage also shows security personnel displaying a polythene bag believed to contain ransom money allegedly recovered from a recent kidnapping linked to the gang.
Authorities have yet to release an official statement providing full details of the arrest.
The development comes amid intensified military operations aimed at tracking down bandit groups responsible for attacks on communities and kidnappings for ransom.
Meanwhile, the Nigeria Police Force command in Ondo State announced on Monday that it had arrested four suspected logistics suppliers to kidnappers.
According to the police spokesperson, the suspects have made “useful confessional statements that are currently aiding ongoing investigations.”
