Twenty Killed as Fire Razes Gaming Arcade in India

 At least 20 persons were confirmed dead after a fire engulfed a gaming arcade in the western Indian city of Rajkot on Saturday, May 25, 2024.

Confirming the sad incident, Raju Bhargava, the police commissioner of Rajkot, affirmed that the fire has been brought under control, and rescue efforts are ongoing. He noted that their priority lies in retrieving as many bodies as possible, with 20 remains already transferred to the hospital for further examination.
