Two-Storey Building Collapses in Abuja

Reports say a two-storey building collapsed earlier today at Phase 2, site 2, Kubwa, Abuja.
The building, which collapsed at 7 a.m., was formerly a hotel that was converted into a residential apartment.
Several people gathered at the scene, and eyewitnesses say several people were trapped under the rubble.

Emergency responders and security personnel quickly commenced rescue operations immediately they arrived.
