An early morning fire Wednesday, gutted the West Africa Examination Council, WAEC building in Yaba area of Lagos State.
Reports indicate several people are still trapped in the building while the fire rages. The cause of the fire which started at about 6.50 am is yet to be ascertained.
The fire had broken out in the middle of the high-rise building, and those trapped in the building were seen frantically screaming for help.
Emergency responders from the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service have arrived the scene to put out the raging fire. This is a developing story
