The White House has announced that President Joe Biden has tested positive for COVID-19 after developing mild symptoms while campaigning in Las Vegas.
According to White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, the president is set to self-isolate in Delaware and will continue to fulfil all his responsibilities during this time.
The White House has assured the public that regular updates on the President’s status will be provided while he does his duties in isolation.
