US President Joe Biden has firmly stated he does not support Israeli military action targeting Iran’s nuclear facilities in response to a recent missile attack by Tehran.
When questioned by reporters on Wednesday about the potential for strikes against Iranian nuclear sites, Biden replied, “The answer is no.” He emphasized the importance of proportionality in any Israeli response, stating, “We’ll be discussing with the Israelis what they’re going to do.”
Biden’s comments come as tensions rise in the region, with all G7 members acknowledging Israel’s right to defend itself but advocating for a measured response.
