Egypt to Strengthen Tourism Partnership with Türkiye

Egypt is shifting toward partnership over competition with Turkiye in tourism, with plans to leverage the appeal of both destinations, according to Mohamed Atta Elsherbeiny, head of international tourism at the Egyptian Tourism Authority.

Speaking at a tourism fair in Antalya, Elsherbeiny noted that while Turkiye and Egypt once competed, they now benefit from collaboration, supported by 100 weekly flights between the two countries.
