The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has accused a representative of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) of attempting to induce voters during the ongoing Ondo State governorship election on Saturday.
Bringing the development to light in a post on microblogging platform X (formerly known as Twitter), the PDP said the APC agent shared money and other items in Ward 8, Unite 5, Iwaro oka, Akoko South West Local Government Area.
The party tagged the Nigerian Police Force and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) while stating its observation.
The PDP is contesting the election with Agboola Ajayi as its candidate, facing off against the incumbent Governor, Lucy Aiyedatiwa, who is running on the APC ticket.
