PSG Clinch First Champions League Title with Record 5-0 Win

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) claimed their first-ever Champions League title on Saturday with a stunning 5-0 victory over Inter Milan, marking the most one-sided final in the history of the competition. The match, held at Munich’s Allianz Arena, saw teenage sensation Desire Doue shine, scoring twice and assisting the opening goal by Achraf Hakimi.

PSG took the lead early in the game, with Hakimi calmly side-footing home a pass from Doue after just 12 minutes. The French side doubled their advantage eight minutes later when defender Willian Pacho kept the ball in play near their own goal, sparking a swift attack that ended with Doue firing a deflected shot past Inter goalkeeper Yann Sommer.

The visitors extended their lead to 3-0 thanks to a move initiated by Vitinha’s powerful run. After exchanging passes with Ousmane Dembélé, Vitinha delivered a precise pass to 19-year-old Doue, who confidently slotted the ball into the net.

Georgian international Khvicha Kvaratskhelia then put the result beyond doubt with a skilful low finish, before 19-year-old substitute Senny Mayulu completed the emphatic win with a composed finish after a slick team move.

Owned by Qatari investors, PSG have become only the second French club to lift Europe’s premier club trophy since Marseille’s triumph in 1993.
