The Israeli military on Monday issued an urgent warning to residents of a northern district in Tehran, instructing them to “evacuate immediately” as it announced its intention to conduct airstrikes in the area.
In a Persian-language post on X (formerly Twitter), Israel’s military stated that it would “operate in the area” in the coming hours, similar to its actions “recently throughout Tehran,” to target the “military infrastructure of the Iranian regime.”
The post specifically highlighted a section of Tehran’s District 3 on a map, advising citizens to “evacuate the marked area” for their safety.
