Medical drama, ‘ The Pitt ‘, has emerged as the most nominated programme for the upcoming Emmy Awards, with several cast members earning acting nominations for their roles as doctors.
HBO comedy Hacks followed as the second most-nominated series when this year’s Emmy nominations were announced on Wednesday in Los Angeles.
Meanwhile, NBC announced on Tuesday that Law & Order: Special Victims Unit star Mariska Hargitay will host the Emmy Awards ceremony on September 14.
