Gambia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Gambians Abroad has announced the demise of the Ambassador of the republic of The Gambia to the United States of America, His Excellency Dawda Docka Fadera.
Fadera died February, 20 2022, at Edward Francis Small Teaching Hospital, Banjul.
The late Ambassador Fadera will be laid to rest tomorrow at his residence in Brufut by 2pm.
Fadera served as first Secretary General and Head of Civil Service Office of the President under the Barrow Government, prior Fadera worked at the Personnel Management Office where he rose to the ranks later becoming Permanent Secretary .
