On Wednesday, the Naira slumped further against the dollar in the foreign exchange market.
Data from FMDQ showed that the Naira dropped from N1509.45 on recorded on Tuesday to N1512.61 on Wednesday.
The drop represents a N3.16 loss against the dollar compared to the amount traded on Tuesday.
The Nigerian currency also depreciated to N1520 per dollar on Wednesday from N1515 the previous day at the parallel foreign exchange market.
The loss comes as the foreign currency transaction turnover fell to $114.91 million on Wednesday from $213.31 million on Tuesday.
