Some yet-to-be identified gunmen stormed Inyi police station in Oji River Council of Enugu State, killing at least a policeman and burnt the police station.
Two civilians were reported to have died from the onslaught of the armed men.

The gunmen that attacked the Inyi police station were said to be chanting, “no election, Police in Biafra land” while carrying out their evil act.
Police spokesperson, Chris Anyanwu, said he was unaware of the incident at the time of filing this report.
