A resident of the Ushafa community in Bwari Area Council, Federal Capital Territory (FCT), was killed during a bandit attack on his home Thursday night.
The attackers also kidnapped the man’s wife and children.
The incident was confirmed on Friday by the FCT Police Public Relations Officer, SP Josephine Adeh, who assured that the police are actively addressing the situation.
Efforts are currently underway to rescue the abducted family members.
Ushafa is among the communities in Bwari Area Council that have experienced a surge in bandit attacks in recent times.
