The German Football Federation (DFB) has officially selected Winston-Salem, North Carolina, as the home base for their upcoming World Cup campaign.
The squad will stay at the historic Graylyn Estate and utilise the training facilities at nearby Wake Forest University.
Head coach Julian Nagelsmann emphasised that the decision was driven by logistical efficiency, noting that the high-quality training pitches are within a short walk or bike ride from their hotel.
The city, famous for its tobacco history and academic institutions, will serve as their primary hub in the southeastern United States.

Before settling in North Carolina, Germany will play three friendlies in Europe and a final warm-up match against the USA in Chicago on June 6.
Looking to redeem themselves after two consecutive group-stage exits, the four-time champions will face Curacao, Ivory Coast, and Ecuador in Group E.
